We ship to Sweden and the Netherlands.
We dispatch orders within one or two working days. Delivery then takes:

You get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Weather, carrier delays or busy periods can occasionally add a few days.
Shipping is free above the amount shown in the cart. Below it, the cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.
Where possible we deliver to your door or letterbox. Otherwise the parcel goes to your nearest pickup point, and the carrier tells you when it is ready.
Write to support@getmeatmate.com with your order number as soon as you can. Within two hours of ordering we can usually change or cancel it before it ships. After that you can still return it: you have 30 days from delivery, see our Refund policy.
If a parcel is not collected from the pickup point within the carrier's holding time (usually 7 to 14 days), it comes back to us. We then refund your order minus the actual cost of the return shipment, at most €35. If this has happened to you, write to us and we will help.
