All orders are sent with shipping tracking. Please refer to Track Order.

Don’t panic! Sometimes orders can be prematurely marked as delivered or might have been dropped off at a front desk or mailroom. If you still haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, let us know at support@getmeatmate.com.

We process most orders within 1-2 business day, and delivery typically takes 3-10 days depending on where you ordered to. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a shipping confirmation and all the tracking info.

Currently, we only deliver to Europe.

Do not worry. Sometimes, the package uses multiple carriers, depending on where you live. Therefore, the shipping may not be updated until the package reaches your local post office. If you want detailed tracking, please contact us at support@getmeatmate.com with your order id.
